Hello, I'm Becky Dillon. My family and I recently joined Trinity, and we're truly grateful for how welcome and at home we've been made to feel. God put the idea of starting a Pilates/Bible study class at church on my heart while on vacation in Banff, Canada. I feel this is a faith-based approach that combines physical exercise with Bible study to strengthen both the body and the spirit.
We would incorporate a Pilates workout followed by a group discussion, prayer and fellowship. A space to build community and connect both faith and fitness.
Pilates is a low-impact fitness method that focuses on core strength, flexibility and controlled movements to improve overall body balance, posture and muscle tone. I’ve been incorporating it into my workouts for over 20 years.
Excited for this opportunity and to see how God uses this! To God be the glory!!

What to bring:
- exercise mat (You can purchase a mat off of Amazon for under $20… fun colors to choose from too!)
- water
- wear comfortable clothes that allow for full range of motion
When:
First class will be Monday, Dec. 15th @ 6:30pm
We will then meet the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.
(January 5 & 19, February 2 & 16, March 2 & 16, April 6 & 20, May 4 & 18)
